At Instant Hydration, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your electrolyte packets or apparel items do not meet your expectations, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Ensure all fashion items are unworn with tags attached and electrolyte packets are in their original, unopened packaging before placing them in a secure shipping box.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
